Effective January 15, 2024, Our practice has transitioned to a membership based practice model. This personalized care approach allows providers to intentionally limit the size of their patient panels in order to give each patient more personal attention and provide them with enhanced health services in exchange for an annual fee.

Our services include:

Small practice size of about 1500 patients (500 per provider).
Treating patients from birth through the end of life.
Dedicated provider and care team
Same day visits when you are ill.
Respect of your time with appointments that start on time.
Complete physical exams
Focus on preventive care.
Extended office visit time length.
Detailed chronic care appointments with personalized care plans based on your health care goals.
Comprehensive coordination of care with your specialists through enhanced electronic medical record capabilities.
Coordinating point of care for services such as immunizations and DME based on insurance preferences.
Provider cell phone number for urgent issues after office hours.

Electronic Medical Record Patient Portal for non-urgent issues.
Access to your personal health records 24/7.
Personalized assistance with advance care directives and end of life decisions.
Streamlined billing process.

You will receive personalized health care during unhurried appointments that start on time. Your provider and dedicated care team will work with you to develop your healthcare goals, assist you in overcoming barriers and provide routine health care.

I've been seeing Dr. Andresen for many years. He's walked me through the death of my daughter, which helped me in more ways than I can say. Medically, he's been caring and professional. When they were changing over I started looking for another doctor where I didn't have to pay. I'm a 74 year old widow so saving money was an issue for me. I looked for doctors near me, as driving was an issue where I needed someplace closer than going into Cleveland. Finding someone was a difficult job. There aren't very many private physicians anymore. I chose to stay with Dr. Andresen. I don't agree with some the money grabbing reviews.
